Updated application for safe manning documents

If you are looking to apply for a Safe Manning Document for Yachts, the MCA has just released the MSF4208 application form.
Applications will need to complete the form and send it (with the appropriate fee and enclosures) to the address in panel 8 on the form.
All queries should be sent to large.yachts@mcga.gov.uk.

PYA Issues Over 2,000 Digital Service Record Books (D-SRBs) One Year Since Launch
One year ago, we launched our Digital Service Record Book (D-SRB), allowing yacht crew to download a digital verified record of their sea service, which they can email directly to the MCA when applying for certification and revalidation.
